Tiara Blake serves as the Office Assistant for The Tyler Gadi Team, bringing a thoughtful blend of customer service experience, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. With a strong background in retail and client-facing roles, she is skilled at creating smooth, welcoming interactions for both team members and clients.

Tiara has lived in Tucson since 2013 and enjoys contributing to a work environment where honesty, communication, and mutual respect are at the center. She believes that the people you work with shape your professional experience, a perspective that aligns closely with the team’s culture and values.

Outside of the office, Tiara loves expressing her creativity, spending time with her dogs, and planning future travels to destinations like Japan and New Zealand.
